• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful or harmful way.
• Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.
• Attempt to access or tamper with any data or systems you are not authorized to access.

4. Health Disclaimer

The Salute App offers AI-generated fitness and nutrition advice. However, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Using the App requires a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees via our third-party payment processor.
• Acknowledge that your subscription auto-renews unless canceled.
• Cancel your subscription through your app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).

Note: We do not store any payment details. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology within the App - including logos, code, branding, design, and AI models - are the property of TrySalute and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the App or part of it.

You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrySalute is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business.
• Personal injury or health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
