Welcome to Salute - a science-based fitness and nutrition mobile application available on iOS and Android. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Salute mobile application (the “App”) operated by TrySalute (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Third-Party Login:
If you log into the Services via Apple, Google, or any other third-party service, you consent to Salute accessing information that may be publicly available or provided by that service as necessary to create and manage your account. When using Google Sign-In, only your email address is stored on our behalf in Firebase to manage your account; no other personal information is collected. By using these sign-in options, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third-party service.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including any username, password, or authentication method associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access the Services using your account or login credentials. You shall be responsible for all access to the Services with your login credentials. When your login credentials have been used in order to gain access to the Services, Salute shall be entitled to assume that such use and all related communications emanate from you. Salute shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your login credentials or from any unauthorized access to your account. If you become aware of a breach of the confidentiality of your login credentials, you must immediately reset your password. Salute may, in its sole and absolute discretion and for any reason whatsoever, require you to change your username, password, or other login credentials at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

The Salute App offers AI-generated fitness and nutrition advice for informational purposes only, hence no results are guaranteed. However, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

Refund Policy:
All purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are handled by the platform through which the purchase was made (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective policies and applicable laws. We do not issue refunds directly, except where required by applicable law. You must contact your Services Provider if you have a query regarding billing or refunds.
Payment Processing:
We do not store any payment details. All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
All content and technology within the App - including logos, code, branding, design, and AI models - are the property of TrySalute and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or meet your expectations.You agree and understand that software and mobile applications are in general not error free. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
